If you represent an association, AMC, federation, non-profit or an NGO you are automatically accepted.
If you represent any other type of organization not mentioned above such as a corporation or a supplier, it is possible that your registration will be refused and refunded.

Cancellation/ Name change
Registration will be fully refunded if GIAF should be cancelled or postponed to a later date due to Covid-19 . Alternatively, your ticket can remain valid for a later date, depending on our preference.
In case of your own cancellation, please send an emailed to email@example.com.
Registration fees will be refunded as follows:
- Cancellations received until 30 Aug 2020: Refund minus 25% handling fee
- No refund on cancellations as from 10 Sep 2020
- For any name changes, a fee of EUR 50.00 will be charged

The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the holding of the congress be hindered or prevented by unexpected political or economical events or generally by «force majeure», or should the non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. With his/her registration, the participant accepts this proviso.
During the congress photographs will be taken. This serves the purpose of publication on the website and/or on social media platforms of the organizer. It may hereby be possible that persons present are also photographed in a way that they can be identified. The legal basis for photographing is Article 6, Paragraph 1, lit. f GDPR, the organizer’s legitimate interest is to publicly document the event.
This is explicitly stated at each event. If required, you can obtain information at the reception or information desk of the event if you do not wish that photographs on which you are identifiable will be published.
